As a result, all payments made for certification, accreditation, evaluations, training programs, and related services are non-refundable.

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Non-Refund Policy.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

✅ Application Fees – Fees paid for certification or accreditation applications.
✅ Assessment & Evaluation Fees – Costs incurred for audits, assessments, or compliance verifications.
✅ Certification & Accreditation Fees – Payments for issued certificates, licenses, or approvals.
✅ Renewal Fees – Fees for renewing certifications or accreditations.
✅ Training & Exam Fees – Fees for training programs, workshops, or exams.
✅ Administrative & Processing Fees – Costs associated with document processing, reviews, and customer support.


3. Exceptional Cases & Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

✅ Service Not Delivered – If Unibraz fails to provide the agreed service due to internal errors.
✅ Duplicate Payment – If a customer is mistakenly charged twice for the same service.
✅ Cancellation by Unibraz – If Unibraz cancels a certification or accreditation process before completion due to internal decisions.

In such cases, refund requests must be submitted in writing to email; accredit@accreditauthority.com within 7 days of payment. Approval is subject to internal verification.


4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations: Once a certification or accreditation process has begun, cancellations will not result in a refund.

Rescheduling: Candidates or organizations may request to reschedule assessments or audits within the permitted timeframe, subject to additional administrative fees.


5. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior communication with Unibraz may result in:

✅ Immediate suspension or revocation of certification/accreditation.
✅ Legal action to recover disputed amounts.
✅ Permanent disqualification from future certification services.

6. Policy Updates
